Design： Our requirements specification stated "Gavita HR96 Equivalent Reflector". Gavita HR96 reflectors are shaped to cast even lighting across a horticulture canopy. Supplier is "HORT LIGHT" but their reflector shape is horrible. The lighting comes down in side-streaks that are 2x brighter than under the reflector.  Supplier has been made aware of their design defect, and has been able to replicate the problem. However, they have not agreed with our ask to fix the reflector crown design, nor produce & replace the materials we have received.  In addition to the fees paid to HortLight for the materials, we have also incurred import duties, ground transportation, manufacturing labor, packaging costs, and are now facing field RMA replacement costs.  We had trusted that an alibaba certified vendor with 7+ years experience would design a reflector that outputs a relatively even light footprint but their design is terrible/unusable.
